This green smoothie recipe is more about the technique of putting together a smoothie, since you could make up a million healthy vegan recipes for smoothies. Try different fruits if you like, but if you skip the banana use something creamy like avocado or a heavy nut milk. Try using lettuce, parsley, cucumber, celery or any other green instead of sprouts.

  1. Thank you for another great recipe! I have a question, is it safe to drink a green smoothie made with spinach everyday? Or do I need to switch up the type of greens that I use in my smoothie (i.e. romaine lettuce, parsley, etc)? Thanks in advance! 🙂

  2. This is my simple recipe..one banana, some pieces of mangoes, a small handful of blueberries, 2-3 big handful of spring mix, kale , or spinach.. I like spring mix best due to the taste. And then I a bit of stevia and 4 tbs of 100% organic raw hemp powder and then water… 🙂 I love ittttttttt

  3. I was wondering also about your comment towards bananas. You mentioned they're not native to Canada? I've never added aloe vera juice to my smoothies. Does it alter the taste much in your opinion? Thanks for the vid…
