  2. everyone is trying to make their own version of Masala fry. though it might taste good but it will always be rubbery and not like the soft and juicy masala fries you get in Restaurants. the trick is to boil the fish in water adding haldi and salt for 10 minutes. then remove the fish and saute it in the masala you have half cooked. you can add little bit of the haldi water in the masala as well to adjust the thickness and enhance taste.
