Still many more dessertslike Cendol, Moss and even his audition dessert in s7 was amazing. A most talented chef ever.
Masterpieces…Each dessert created with precision and aesthetically designed…Visually they are the ultimate enthralling delightful creations…Watching him is such a wonderful experience…Almost like a scientist at work in a lab…The concentration and immaculate jaw dropping presentations are a joy to behold…

when he was making his apple im not sure why they just dont put it on a cooling rack and pour the chocolate over it vs dipping it I see a lot of people do it for some reason it would come out wa smoother pouring it over but then again im not a master chef so maybe im missing something lol
