  1. This is the easiest recipe, with such a high end flavor payoff. That sauce, because of the pan being deglazed from that rub cooked into the pan is spectacular. I took pieces of leftover tenderloin and gingerly dipped them into the pan, after I finished dinner, as I put it away. I just can’t get enough!

  2. Terrible. Worst pork tenderloin video I’ve seen so far.

Saying all the right words, but you burned it in the seat, then over cooked it in the oven. Your spices are salt pepper sugar and cumin… essentially lacking the power of flavours available to you. The pan sauce would have been great if you put the meat into it, soaked up the flavours. Pouring it on like Turkey gravy is not the best way to transfer the flavours. Plus the pan sauce is wine, lemon, parsley salt and pepper… the lemon is a nice touch, but when salt and pepper are your main spices, it’s time to go to the spice shop and try at least smelling some of the hundreds of spices you could use. Beautiful cinematography, great sound, good copywriting. Team effort. Next time try upping the flavour game. Pork tenderloin can taste amazing. Think beyond spices table salt and pepper…. this reminds me of the things you find on the table of a 24 hour diner… salt, pepper, sugar. The best parts here are cumin and lemon.
