  1. You should strongly consider adding timestamps in your videos for convenience and replayabilitiy for us wanting to copy the recipe or just learn from them. Not to mention we would be able to skip the intro song/video as I personally don't like seeing repetitious things every video.

  2. I know the secret to the perfect medium rare steak that is 3/4 inch thick. Whether you cook it a cast iron pan or on a grill, you want the heat maxed out and then flop that steak on and let it cook for 3.5 minutes on each side. On a one inch think steak, you need 4 minutes each side….I'm outta here DUDE!

  3. if the butter is salted, it will lower the boiling point of the water inside of the butter, so it burns easier! A tremendous video big cracker, after seeing this im inspired to improve my steak game : )

  4. Stale, butter baths only work right with clarified butter. All that char in there is the burnt milk proteins. You gotta get all that out of the butter before you bathe the steaks with'em.

  5. Not bad for Louisiana??? But you need some Texas lessons. Keep to your perfect boils and on the stove cooking. Texas would kick out of the state!! Natural fire and a good cut of beef. You are reaching with anything else.

  6. Who dat you know I know a guy man he was leaving Louisiana and every time he does he starts crying and it's true the zydeco music does fade away on the radio. I. Wish I owned a bunch of land in Cajun land I don't know why but as I have gotten older I like my steaks tender and well done oh happy father day. Man I like a lot of your seasonings.
