Not everyone goes for the Turkey or Prime Rib at Christmas. Some people just absolutely love a good rack of ribs for the holiday. In this video I’m smoking up some racks of St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs seasoned with my Smoky Sweet Rub, and finished with a homemade Honey Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
Smoky Sweet Rub Ingredients
1 cup Kosher Salt

Ry I love your channel I never knew how to cook before so I've been going through your videos trying to learn something! I can't wait to make these!
Came for the rib advice, ended up staying for the music😅 One of the few bbq channels I've seen that are easy to understand, free of crazy over the top talk, and relaxing actually. Easy to follow and simple. What more can you ask for.
do u prefer ribs on this or the PBC?
Merry Christmas to you and the family. Thank you for sharing your awesome videos.
Great job yum
love it
Beautiful. Merry Christmas sir!
I appreciate that you don’t use a half dozen of your own branded rubs and sauces. Nice job.
Love it. Great Look’n Ribs Ry. Thks. for sharing.
RY haven’t seen you make a video in a while…great seeing you back!!!!!
Bite off the bone. That's a darn good rib. I'm going to try making your sauce. Thanks Ry. Merry Christmas Y'all!
Banging out my family's traditional ribs for Christmas dinner, I see. Merry Christmas!
Nice looking ribs. They sure look tasty. Hope you have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Cheers, Ry! 👍👍✌️🎄
Oh heck yeah, bud. Delicious
I’ve watched countless pork rib videos on your channel, and nothing is more pleasing than to close out the year with one more.. merry Christmas to you Sir
Hi R Y. Your videos are the best Merry Christmas and happy holidays.🎉❤
Looks amazing Ry. Merry Christmas.
Always soooo hungry after your videos ❤❤
Where do you set the door and vent opening, as well as the stack to maintain 250 degrees? Just an approximation, I have to keep my door cracked about 1 1/2 inches, vent all open and the stack at about 2/3 closed to maintain 250. I'm in Arlington, TX. Thanks
Merry Christmas Ry! This is my fourth Christmas where I get to watch your videos!
With the cost of ingredients. that sauce is expensive, but I know it is good. Always good videos.
That Copper Top hat, did it come from Big Pine, Ca?
10:38 saucing. Delightful!!!!
Ry. You guys beat ribs, brisket, tri tip, and pulled pork to death. Start showing us some more sides!
News flash: Heinz catchup bottles are now "right side up" with the nozzle at the bottom. You were holding the bottle upside down, hence the difficulty of reading the label.
Ribs are perfect for the holidays. Hope you enjoy your holidays, Ry.
Not everyone has a smoker. Maybe worth a consideration?
Thanks very much for sharing this recipe Ry. I'll definitely give this recipe a try. Too cook up something different for Christmas dinner. Your great Ry😁
Watching your video I changed out menu for xmas to Ribs. Great idea. Can't wait to eat them. Merry Christmas God Bless You!
