[Ingredients] (4-5serves)

-Short or medium grain Rice 375g
-Water 430ml
-Kombu 6g (Or MSG 3g)
-Salt 5g (1tsp)
-Soy sauce 15ml (1tbsp)
-Sake 15ml (1tbsp)
-Mirin 15ml (1tbsp)
-Sesame oil 15ml (1tbsp)

-Carrot 1 (120-130g)
-Green onion 80g
-Kimchi 160g

(For the meat)
-Pork or chicken mince 500g
-Salt 5g (1tsp)
-Black pepper some
-Sake 5ml (1tsp)
-Soy sauce 5ml (1tsp)
-Minced Garlic 4g (1/2tsp)
-Kimchi brine 5ml (1tsp)

(Topping)
-Nori sheet
-Toasted sesame
-Mozzarella cheese

⭐️Note
If your cooker is 5 cup capacity, this recipe might not fit. So make it half or 2/3 for the first try.
(My rice cooker is 8 cup capacity)
