I reckon I'll give this a crack! Great video, informative, succinct and humourous.
New to your channel, awesome video lol
Holy bloody cow (pig) mate!!
Tried this earlier on a 57cm Master Touch. Got it up to 250C no bother but when the meat went in it would not go above 195C with vents fully open.
awesome job and Your eye contact is impeccable, he only blinks between takes.
Give this a go tonight. ckeers
you're an absolute f#@king legend mate, trying it now
You are bloody hilarious. Cheers mate.
I never knew I wanted crackle..outstanding
3:48 Meat coming off from the grill is that juicy? Hmm strange🤔. I can actually tell from here you added some sort of liquid to the pork to make it look juicy, way too much liquid on the cutting board. You can get lots of liquid if you cut the meat without resting it which this is not this case, the cutting board had already a lot of liquid even before you started cutting the meat. So… this is fake, good video editing skill!
Yummy will try this weekend
This guy is unwatchable… keep practicing !!!
Sub earned.
Bloody Awesome Schuey, with that amount of Crunch and Moistness I’d be arrested for eating it.
Merry Christmas mate 👍🍻🤤
Definitely giving this method a go for Xmas day 🍻🐖
My mouth is watering, dam it mate that's perfect. Sister in law is coming for Xmas and she wants this . Perfect timing mate.
Damn. There in the US finding a piece of meat is super hard. Thanks.
Hey Schuey, that was fantastic mate. Love your approach. Simple, direct & just the right amount of information.
Looks unreal. A good tip I got was uses lemon juice and salt on the skin instead of oil
i need that stampy pin thing
Some Americans have only rarely heard of crackling? It's the best bit of the meat! Only beaten by the beers needed during its cooking. Keep up the good work.
😂😂😂 damn I love watching these videos your such a funny female anatomy (putting it nicely so I don’t get banned)
How many times do you get changed per video?
Haha, good stuff as always. I give it 10 beers out of 10.
Will try this next time I do a pork roast 🙂
