6 Tablespoons (90 g) unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) dried herb mix ( basil, oregano and/or thyme)
kosher salt or sea salt , to taste
fresh cracked black pepper , to taste
For the onion gravy:
1 large onion , diced
1/4 cup (30 g) flour
2 cups (480 ml) broth (beef, chicken or vegetable)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
