Can you do a video on preparing rice noodle for cooking begining to end?

Great video.
What is your recipe suggestion for roast pork, in this example ?
every time i try to cook rice noodles they either stick together and become to clumpy, or I do not soak the noodles long enough and they are still a little to hard when i go to eat them. Fried rice and rice noodles are my two most favorite things i love most about Asian food and I cant cook them for crap.
