If you marinate it for overnight you will have better results
That is. A huge roaster,, Whole Foods is the only place. I know of to get like a 13 or 14 pound roaster.
I couldnt lift that anymore. I used to roast my chicken in Lodge rnamel on cast iron Dutch oven. Couldnt lift snymore sp i moved to a lighter Dutch oven. It was never quite the same.
