Hi Natasha!
For the Done Ness Chart I'm a bit confused it says low temperatures in Farenheit is that suppose to be Celsius?

$40.00 for the roast? I am a retiree with an average income, and I'm sure there are many of us out there who will never be able to afford this kind of output. Other than that, a fabulous video. I could smell it from here. I'll watch it next time I'm having hot dogs. LOL
Never said how to make the horseradish sauce.
I would say that when you " tasted " the beef you would have tasted nothing except horseradish ,, that amount of horseradish would totally overpower the flavour of that lovely beef.
Do you have a reason why you do not brown the meat before placing it in the oven? Just curious, I see some people do and some do not.
Why would anyone ruin a costly cut of fine beef tenderloin with all the spices and herbs? Save that for a skirt steak or some other cheap cut of meat. Salt and a very light dusting of black pepper is the perfect seasoning for a beef tenderloin. Basted in salt free butter would be awesome too. I was about to complement her on the perfect doneness of the tenderloin but here she goes ruining some more with horseradish sauce.
Hey why do you need to use butcher string?
I like barbecue sauce instead of horseradish sauce on meat. I am not a big fan of horseradish anyway.
Your food is incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is your beef look so bloody. No meat should be eaten with the blood still in it.
Where did you put the salt at? and the pepper?
Can’t wait to try
How long and what temp would I cook just one pound of beef tenderloin?
