Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the cleaned chicken wings (2.85 lbs) with the marinade ingredients. Mix well to coat evenly.
(the marinade ingredients:
Ghee: 1 + 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tsp
Roasted red pepper paste: 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Grounded coriander 2 tbsp
Paprica 2 tbsp
Fresh dill: 2 tsp
Fresh parsley: 2 tbsp
Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Salt & black papper: To taste (I used 1/3 tbsp)
Ginger juice: 1 + 1/2 tbsp
Mirim: 0.5 cup)

2. Place the wings on a baking tray and roast in the oven until they are about two-thirds cooked.
3. Brush 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce over the wings and continue roasting until fully cooked and golden.
3. Once cooked, drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce over the wings before serving.

** potato rosting ingredients,
1. Potato: 1.5 lb.
2. Salt & black paper: To taste

** Cucumber salad
Cucumber: 1 large
Tomatoes: 2 Roma Tomatoes
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Fresh parsley: 2 tbsp
Grounded coriander 1 tbsp
Salt & black paper: To taste
