ROASTED HAM WITH SALSA MACHA INGREDIENTS:
For the salsa macha:
► 3 cups avocado oil
► 8 chile anchos
► 4 chiles de arbol
► 1/2 white onion
► 6 sliced garlic cloves
► 1/2 cup peanuts
► Some salt
► 1 1/2 cups of honey
For the ham
► 8 lb. ham
► Some sesame seeds
