Today I am excited to share 4 of our favorite FAST and EASY Rotisserie Chicken dinner ideas!
Let me know in the comments what is your favorite way to use a rotisserie chicken in a recipe for dinner!
French Onion Chicken and Rice Bake
Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 stick butter
2 oz cream cheese
1 small bag/container shredded Parmesan cheese
1 small carton heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
Start by melting butter in large pan or sauce pan. Add minced garlic. Saute’ for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and continuously stir until melted. (It will be chunky at this point.) Add in shredded Parmesan and stir. Next, add in heavy cream…half of the carton at a time. Keep whisking until everything is melted and smooth. Warm on stove for 5-10 minutes, then serve over your favorite pasta! We added rotisserie chicken on top of ours. But anything goes as far as protein on top. You can’t go wrong!

That first one looks really good
Your oldest daughter favors U and the youngest daughter favors your husband lovely family.
Nice! I made your Alfredo sauce with a Sams club Lobster ravioli this weekend and it was great. I’m anxious to take it up a notch with the cajun version! When I think of my top 3 go to YouTubers for cooking and personality you are most definitely one of them!
Instead of nacho chips, you can use tater tots! Omg. So good!
Thanks for the Alfredo recipe. Instead of noodles, I will put over rice cauliflower or add steamed broccoli for KETO.
Great video! Thanks!
I love how you pronounce sauce 😉
Add black beans on that too! Yum!!
INTERNET ALERT! This woman has the most annoying voice EVER!
Will be trying !!!
Thank you! I want to try a versions of your French Onion casserole. PS- I LOVED your jokes! Have a great day!
4 years later this popped up. I will try them all. Starting with that onion casserole.
Gross lol
1st casserole – I am going to add some [blanched] broccoli crowns, shaved carrot (actually a cup or so of broccoli slaw mix partially cooked would be great] and put a ritz cracker and breadcrumb mix [with melted butter] on the bottom and the top. Larger pieces of crack crumble on the bottom; finer crumbles on top. I would still use the onions in my crumb mix too. Maybe as an alternative to the onions, try some crushed pecans and rehydrated craisins [in some apple juice].
I’m having difficulty watching her reuse the sand spoon over and over again. 😮
I am going to cook the first recipe today. I’m doing Colby Jack and cheddar. It looks absolutely bomb.
These look like some fantastic recipes. Thanks for the meal inspiration!
They all look great to me. We do make bbq chicken nachos and loaded fries but these other recipes are all things that we will be trying. Thank you
Great idea i have to do this for my family i have to double it up for my family of 8
I found your Chanel today and I am so happy you are here! I totally relate to you style of cooking- not being afraid to substitute with what’s on hand ( pasta dish) but also being particular about certain important things – (real Parmesan vs fake ). All recipes have things most of us have in hand in pantry or fridge are tasty and are quickly made so we can spend time with our family- eating instead of sweating in kitchen cooking . 🥵
Just wanted to thank you for taking the time to make your Chanel!
You are beautiful!
They sound great!! Thank you for sharing❤
Add broccoli
Your ideas for rotisserie chicken are great ! Glad I found you ! Thanks !
You probably buy several rotisserie chickens from Walmart every week
Made the French onion chicken and rice back today. Forgot to separate some before I mixed the rice in😩 (I’m Keto) but I can just tell they are going to love it. Did a double batch, I’ll freeze half for another day.
Sorry very lazy cooking 😀
been looking for a chicken recipe for a friends b-day today and came to the horrifying realization that the fussy eater in my house is my husband. i feed a few homeless men and a couple boarders and my husband. as many as a dozen at the dinner table every single night and the one and only person who ends up going to mcdonalds for a cheeseburger instead of enduring the dinner i prepare is him, my dearly beloved, my husband. that idiot. ffs he's a big bad baby but i still cater to all my men, striving to wow every single one of them every single night. tonight is probably the rice night. my dumb co parent here is good with anything that has rice.
I bet Spinach artichoke dip would work as well for the onion dip in the French onion chicken casserole! Of course we love onions in my household so French onion it is! These look great!,
Hey Jennifer. I love your channel and recipes. I’m in Gaffney so I am close to you. I love that your recipes call for common things that you normally have in your kitchen. Thanks!
Sorry, french onion is not clean…neither are is the chicken nachos !
Yummy to all ❤️
Every thing looks delicious and easy so you will not be afraid to try to make it great job
I totally want to make that tortellini soup!! I think mushrooms sound like a wonderful addition
Great video!! I'm definitely going to try your bbq chicken nachos and homemade Alfredo sauce. My daughter loves pasta dishes with Alfredo sauce. My son loves Taco Bell but I'm trying to save money and make them at home. Thank you.
Loved all of these. Especially onion casserole and Nachos and how to make Alfredo sauce. Thanks for sharing
