  1. Rotisserie chicken is so underrated.
    When you can buy a whole cooked chicken cheaper than a frozen one.
    That's a bargain/time and energy saver.
    Options are endless.
    If I can manage to pick the chicken, without eating it all. Bones straight into pressure cooker for soup. Or stock. Unbeatable.
    For me. The best use of breast meat.

  2. Looks fabulous. I used to do the mango knife trick all the time back in my working days on the produce aisle of my local coop. Boy, do I miss the steady, seasonal and FREE supply of unloved produce that came my way 🙂

  3. Fyi costco 4.99 chicken is their loss leader . so why not enjoy the bargain and made many meals from it. Sandwiches. Spring rolls or eggrolls ( lumpia) . samosas… Moo shu chicken… Tacos…hot sour soups.. Curried Soups… Manapuas… Curred chicken salad on papaya boats… Pad thai or noodle dishes… Fried rice.. Omelletes.etcetc.. Enjoy.

  4. Young lady, very nice recipe, i usually buy my rotiseree chix at the grocer here in rural Kentucky, i can get a large chix, organic, cage less, Amish chix for $ 6.99, i can't even buy & season one at that price

  6. Made chicken curry salad. : chopped chickdn plus applrs or mango or persimmon. With curry and mayo and little sambal . other ideas is sliced smaller long strips and add sluced bamboo shoots cabbage. carrots. Salt pepper nutmeg. Filling for 20 to 25 eggrolls or lumpias. Wonton wrappers ok for smaller appetizers. Bon appetit! From Indo nana Maria

  7. Why would Ashley be embarrassed to admit she buys rotisserie chickens every week? 🤔😂 Super convenient and not only can you make literally dozens of dishes with them, I make noodle soup with the bones.
