– Flour – 300 gm
– Eggs – 185 gm (2 whole eggs + 3 egg yolks + water)
– Salt – 1 tsp
MUSHROOM SAUCE
– Garlic – 1/2 tbsp (chopped)
– Onion – 1/2 nos.
– Button Mushroom – 200 gm
– Cream – 1/2 cup
– Chicken Stock – 300 ml
– Salt to taste
– Pepper – 1.5 tsp
ASSEMBLY
– Boiled Pasta – 1/2 dough
– Mushroom Sauce
– Black Truffle – 1 nos.
– Black Truffle Oil – 2 tsp
– Pasta Water – 2-3 tbsp
– Salt to taste
– Parmesan Cheese – 1-2 tbsp (grated)
