Rugged Chicken Fry in just 10’mins 😉🍗

Recipe

In a blender

Red chili – 3 nos
Green chilies – 3 nos
Onion – 1 small sized
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 to 1.5 tsp (to taste)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Grind coarsely

Chicken drumsticks – 8 nos

Marinate the chicken with the ground masala and let it rest for 15 to 30 mins

In a non stick skillet

Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
Curry leaves
Marinated chicken
Sauté for a min
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 mins on each side
Once the oil separates and the chicken is fork tender, turn off the heat
Add coriander leaves (finely chopped) and Lemon juice
