Rump cap is a great cut of beef. More and more people are using it and the rump cap is so versatile, cut it into steaks, cut it into 3 or 4 thicker pieces and put on a rotisserie, or cook it whole like I have this time. No matter how you cook it, you will surely be back for more.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

1 tablespoon of coarsely cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic granules
1 teaspoon of salt flakes (garnish)

Cook Time: 1 hour and 45 minutes (+ 22 minute rest)
Cook Temp: 180c (356f), then seared over high direct heat
Cook to internal Temp : 48c (120f) and finish around 55c (131f)
Rest Time: 22 minutes
Cuisine: Brazilian / Australian
