Sago Summer Drink Recipe | Ramadan Special | Sago Custard Fruits Drink Recipe | Summer Iftar Drink

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Boiling Water
½ Cup Sago/Tapioca Pearl
Boil For 8-10 Min.
Cook Until Transparent
Strain the Water
Wash With Water
Keep Aside
2 Cup Milk
Let It Boil
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Powder Milk
Mix Well
Boil For 2-3 Min.
¼ Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Custard Powder
Mix Well
Boil For 2 Min.
Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
Boiled Sago
Fruits (Each Fruit ¼ Cup)
Black Grapes
Green Grapes
Banana
Strawberry
Apple
Mix Well

    Thank you so much for this recipe.
    Made it for iftar today & it came out really nice.
    All those who tried it loved it.

    Here are a few tweaks i made;
    – i boiled the tapioca with little water & ground spices (ginger, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon & the likes) but didn't rinse after boiling so as to not lose the spices in it.
    – didn't have the fruits you used so i used raisins, grated carrot, grated coconut, date pieces & banana.

    I really enjoyed it.

  2. So, here is the honest review. I tried this recipe today and it turned out to be good. Personally I didn't found smtg different in this drink but my family members liked it a lot.

    Tip: add some cardamom powder with sugar in custard milk. It adds more flavour. Otherwise it will just taste sweet as sugary flavour.
