Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Rose water 1 tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Custard powder 2 tbs

Directions:
-In a bowl,add water,tapioca sago & mix well,cover & soak for 30 minutes then strain & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add pistachios,almonds,raisins,mix well & fry until golden & set aside.
-In the same wok,add soaked & strained tapioca sago & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until tapioca sago becomes transparent (10-12 minutes).
-Add saffron strands & mix well.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,rose water,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes).
-In custard powder,add water & mix well.
-Now add dissolved custard powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Add half quantity of fried nuts (reserve half for garnishing) & mix well.
-Garnish with reserved fried nuts & serve warm or chilled!

Ajza:
-Water 2 Cups or as required
-Sagudana (Tapioca sago) ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
-Kishmish (Raisins) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Zafran (Saffron strands) ¼ tsp
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Rose water 1 tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Custard powder 2 tbs

Directions:
-Ek bowl mein pani aur sago dal ker ache sa mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliye soak kar lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Ab ismein pista,badam aur kishmish dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur golden hone tak fry karein & side par rakh dein.
-Ab usi karahi mein soaked aur sagudana dal kar 1-2 minutes kliya sauté karein.
-Doodh dal kar mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur medium flame par 10-12 minutes tak pakayein jab tak sagudana transparent ho jayein.
-Ab ismein zafran dal kar mix karein.
-Cheeni,elaichi powder aur rose water dal kar mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Ek bowl mein custard powder aur pani daal kar achi tarah mix karein.
-Ab yeh dissolved custard powder karahi mein dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Ab fried nuts ki half quantity dal ker mix karein (aadha garnish ke liye rakh lein).
-Reserved fried nuts sa garnish ker lein,warm or chilled serve karein!
