I just cooked this recipe and it was as delicious as it appeared in the video. I added a 1/2 tsb of A-1 and a little low sodium soy sauce. Finally, I added the meat over a bed of egg noodles to make a delicious meal. Great Recipe! Thank you for sharing.

I make a very close version of this recipie so I know its good. I use mushrooms instead of onions and soak my bread crumbs in finely grated garlic before adding the meat and thats worked great for me for years
Isn't that hamburger steak? I thought Salisbury steak started with tenderising a tough steak.
