Here’s a quick 30 minute salmon recipe you should try for your dinner today.

Prepare your lemon zest sauce using:
– Zest from 3 lemons
– Juices from one lemon
– 1 tbsp of garlic paste
– 1 tsp of paprika
– Black pepper to taste

Then season your salmon on both sides with olive oil and wood fire garlic or your favorite seafood seasoning. You’ll fry the salmon on medium heat for 5-8mins on both sides using 1 tbsp of olive oil. When finished, remove from the heat and set aside.

For the lemon herb sauce, you’ll be using:

– 1 tbsp of butter
– 1 tbsp of garlic paste
– Chopped Parsley
– 1/2 a sweet onion
– Lemon zest sauce
– 2-3 tbsps of honey
– 1 cup of coconut milk
– Wood fire garlic seasoning
– Black pepper
– Chili pepper flakes

Sauté the garlic paste, parsley and onion in your butter then add in the lemon zest sauce, honey, coconut milk and seasoning. Mix and let it simmer for 1minute on low heat before adding in the salmon. Baste the salmon with the sauce and cook for about 3-5mins and serve.
