I was able to cut mine today pretty good thanks to your video..
I have watched a lot of these types of videos on how to fillet a salmon. This is the best one I have seen! Your knife was sharp, but not to the extreme and still you did a clean and neat job! Good explanation and easy to follow steps. Easy to see that you have a very developed technique! Thank you!
