bahan:
1½ sdm gula
½ sdt ragi instan
60ml air hangat
100gr tepung terigu
sejumput garam
1 sdm butter/ margarin
.
cara:
– campur gula, ragi dan air hangat, diamkan 15 menit
– tambahkan tepung terigu, uleni hingga kalis
– tambahkan garam dan butter, uleni hingga kalis elastis
– istirahatkan adonan ½ jam
– bagi adonan, lilitkan pada sosis, diamkan lagi ±45 menit
– oles dengan susu cair, taburi wijen, panggang selama 20-30 menit suhu 180°C (me: air fryer suhu 160°C)
