INGREDIENTS:
1 pack sausage (10 pcs)
1 cup capsicum cut into cubes
2 onions cut into cubes
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ginge chopped
2 green chilies
spring onion
1Β½ tsp white pepper
1Β½ tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 Β½ tsp chili sauce
some salt
Corn four slurry (1tbsp corn flour + 2tbsp water )
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on medium to high flame and add garlic, chopped ginger, and green chili stir fry for about a minute.
Add onion, and capsicum and stir fry for a minute until slightly soft (they must still be crunchy ).
Add the sauces, pepper powder, salt, and boiled sausage pieces. Mix well to coat the sauce. Now add the corn slurry and mix well, saute the sausage chili on medium-high flame for 1 minute.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot as an appetizer Or with fried rice, pulao, and noodles.
