Back when, in the early 80's, my Ma used to make meatloaf rounds, ie, three large rounds as opposed to one bread loaf shape, and the gravy was kissed with the sour cream… It was soooooooo freaking delicious😋… Primo flavor with some mashed spuds, heaven!! 😊👍🍽
