Recipe
1/4 cup onions
1 tbs garlic
2 chilis
1 lbs Bay Scallop
1 cup mixed veggies
1/4 cup bell peppers
1/4 cup mushrooms
2 tbs oyster sauce / soy sauce
1 tbs paprika / garlic salt / cayenne
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup green seasoning- cilantro, green onions, parsley
1 tbs ginger
2 tbs oil
Salt and pepper

Add ingredients according to your preference. I just use whatever I have in my refrigerator. Always remember be creative and have fun in your kitchen.
