  1. What can we learn from this? Don't shop where this guy shops. The store bought ground beef I buy is Ground sirloin and looks identical to his home ground beef. You can also tell that he took the extra effort to pack the store bought more based on the clean smooth edges of the patty and he did a loss pack for the home ground patty. In short, this video is misleading, not entirely false, but his examples were fabricated. A**

  2. Most of the beef they sell at my local grocer is very pink looking, never used to be that way. Found out they are adding pink slime as filler. Disgusting. The customer used to always be right in america, now it's how much you can defraud and rip off the custromer.

  3. Well, im sure I could always have great burgers if I always ground prime rib.
Isn't the point of ground beef to be the cheap trimmings? How about a video focusing on making cheap meat into great burgers.
Like many people, I love a great steak, but I can't always afford it and I love beef.

  4. I agree. I always used to get tough and rubbery burgers whenever I used store brought meat. I will at some point get a mincer and start making my own burgers from fresh chuck since I'm not really a fan of store brought burgers.

  5. Anybody else like me who would prefer the texture of the store bought beef Pattie? I am not implying it would taste better , but I hate crumbly beef and prefer a solid bite.

  6. Hi mate isn't possible to make a seven meat burger if so would you show us and infuse your own mix of spices etc to create the ultimate burger can be very large I eat a lot lol
