The end of summer is approaching! Cool off and recover from the long summer heat with Scorched Rice & Steamed Chicken!

1. Boil all ingredients except rice for 45min – 1hr
2. Cook sweet rice with water (1.5 cup)
3. Continue cooking rice over lower heat to make scorched rice
4. Add scorched rice to the chicken stew
5. Simmer for another 10 min before serving
6. Enjoy!
