  1. I follow you and I can’t believe I’ve only just seen this recipe. I had visitors the day after I made it. Omg it was amazing. Some nice touches in that. They couldn’t get over how luscious it was and said it was the best they’d ever tasted. I noticed reading some of the comments that some say it’s not Scottish. It’s a recognised fact that there are as many “original” recipes in all the counties, as well as England, Wales and Scotland as there are families and grannies. And tempers can flare over the different methods, ingredients and even names of dishes. It’s your dish. It’s delicious. Keep up the good work. That is one amazing Scottish Welsh English stews. Well done

  2. I made this tonight. Wowowowow! i followed directions to the T, came out perfect. So delicious and comforting, my family ate it up like it crack. Sooooo good. i served it on top of your mashed potato recipe.

  3. I made this tonight, and it’s probably the best stew I’ve ever had. I was a little unsure about the addition of the cranberry sauce, but it was amazing!! This will definitely be something I cook monthly. Don’t skip the fresh thyme sprinkled on top, it really ties it all together.
