Wow! What a full circle moment for me this is, used to watch your videos when I DID NOT know how to cook at all as a young girl. Must've been about 5 years ago.
I'd try out your recipes and they were so easy to follow. I because so confident around the kitchen and my family knew I was a little chef. In the past 2 years however I haven't been cooking much especially learning new recipes, when I cook I make my usual old faves.
I've just had the urge to go back to the kitchen. It's really my happy place and it feels like coming home.
