We love doing seafood boils with friends, especially in the summer and around holidays! This is a simple recipe and is not as spicy as some others. The fresh fruit adds a great flavor to the pot!
• 30 Quarts of Water
• 6 Oranges quartered
• 6 Lemons quartered
• 2 Whole Garlic Bulbs halved
• 2 White Onions quartered
• 2 Cups of Seafood Boil Seasoning
• 1 Pouch of Zatarains Crab Boil Seasoning
• 1/2 Bottle of liquid Crab Boil Seasoning
• 1/4 Cup of King Craw
• 5 LBS of Red Potatoes
• 4 LBS of Smoked Sausage
• 6 LBS of Crab Legs
• 9 LBS of Shrimp
• 24 Half Ears of Frozen Corn
• 1 Stick of Butter
Bring 30 Quarts of water to a boil in your pot. Add the Oranges, Lemons, Onion, Garlic and all seasonings. Let boil for 15 minutes, then add the potatoes and sausage. After 15 minutes add the crab legs and boil for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and boil for 5 more minutes. Add the frozen corn and shutdown the burner. Let the boil soak for 20 mins, Remove the basket from the pot and serve!

can anyone please be able to answer my question I cant find a straight forward answer I'm trying to find out what type of water y'all use in your seafood boils I live in south east Texas and when I use tap water and get the temp up it turns black and dirty doesn't matter how much seasoning I add the water ends up looking very dark and tastes horrible I did buy like a half pallet of distilled drinking water in 2 gallon boxes but this option doesn't seem like the best economical solution I don't run a restaurant and I only used like 2 or 3 boxes for one boil and I only do maybe one or 2 a year can someone please give me the coon a** secret what do they do in Louisiana or anyone that knows what else I can do besides buying all that water just to get dusty and used only a time or 2 per year or buying gallon water jugs for retail price??
crab legs were done when he poured them in. should 2 minutes
Bland!
Why put frozen crab legs, shrimp, and corn smh in there smh nope hell no don't trust it! Shrimp is always last 😑
The boil is looking good gentlemen! Gotta have some beers to go with it))
Corn in last? Not enough time to cook.
Hi nice video. Did the raw shrimp that you used have the shells on or off, I couldn't tell in the video.
Frozen crablegs and shrimp or fresh?
What was the brand of 2 cups of seafood seasoning? I Like a little cajun flavors but not too spicy. Thanks 1:41
why not cook the crab legs and shrimp AFTER the corn? seems like you overcooked the crab legs and shrimp by doing it the way you did….
Dumb question but are those frozen precooked crab legs?
Doing it tomorrow crab and legs and shrimp defrosted?
How many people does this specific recipe feed?
