This looks so good and definitely wasn't too make this… but could you please show us how you made the gravy, I know you used the same pan you cooked the salmon in, but did you use heavy cream? Or some kind of broth?

Looks very good! I make mine similar but I use cream of celery and cream of shrimp!
I made this today and it was really good! I substituted the salmon for crawfish tails and used regular homemade gravy on top. It was bomb!
