  3. yo AB, Love the channel man seriously. I wanna say your the best chef on youtube, and trust me I love to eat; so i view a lot of recipes. I will become a member this month just checked out all your tiers. However I looked at all your playlist and the only thing I seen was missing was Chinese food fam!…..I did see the philly cheese steak egg rolls, but i need its sides. Chow Mein, Shrimp Fried rice, the works. Now i Might be wrong, its just you got a lot of videos so i didn't go through every vid. But if Im wrong my apologies. But if you could can you create a chines food playlist? where you group all your Chinese food recipes.

  4. BOOM! that is some awesome enchilada! Not sure if I'd take the time to make it for myself, but if I had someone special to cook for this would be all about them. The best dishes are made with love.

  5. I love this dish, it’s AWESOME! The only thing I did different is chop the tomatoes finely (my family doesn’t like those chunks even once stewed down), reduce the corn only slightly and add some Cholula Hot Sauce while cooking the internal ingredients. Love it!

  6. That Is A Masterpiece! I have not seen recipes for seafood enchiladas on other websites. I will try this recipe. I favor corn tortillas because they are less filling. Thank you for this recipe, AB. Could you do a lesson on grilling stone fruits and pineapple? They are so dang good with vanilla ice cream or even just with the syrup caught on a foil on the grill.
