Ingredients:
-1 large onion
-1 large green bell pepper
-2 ribs celery
-3 tomatoes
-okra
-butter
-watter
-1 gumbo base
-2 bay leaves
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 pound andouille sausage
– 1 pound unpeeled fresh shrimp
-crawfish tail
-fresh parsley
-you can add any type of seafood that you like
-cooked rice for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Chop the veggies and the sausages
2) Heat the butter in your gumbo pot over medium heat.
3) Once hot, add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
4) When the onion has softened gradually add the okra, then add the green bell pepper and celery, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often.
6)Add the sausages
7)Add tomatoes and let them cook for 5 minutes
8) Add the liquid. Pour in the water and the stock, and bring to a boil.
9)Add 2 bay leaves
10)Salt and pepper to taste
11) Add 3-4 cloves of garlic
12)Add the shrimps and the crawfish tails, also you can add any type of seafood that you like
13)Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
14)Add parsley
15)Serve with white rice
16)You can add green onion at the end if you want.
