  1. Man, I lost a lot of weight on keto, but I basically have to do mostly dirty keto because I absolutely hate most veggies. I can eat cauliflower if it's cooked to practically mush and heavily salted with lots of pepper. Same with broccoli. However, using it as a sub for rice or pasta is absolutely gross to me. I can only do cauliflower mash if there is a lot of butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. The amount of butter I have to use for the desired taste pretty much makes it dirty AF, haha! I have to rely on mostly meats, cheese, butter, and avocado oil to cook with. I stuck with it for 6 months, lost a lot of weight and felt physically and mentally SO much better, but I know doing dirty keto all the time likely will clog my arteries. Why does everything delicious have to be bad for us? LOL!

  2. It's weird to see Thomas out of his element (long time Thomas fan here🙋‍♀️), he's so well spoken and comfortable in his videos. Here he seemed slightly uncomfortable. But still great.

Megan was great, she has an adorable personality. 💙

  3. So they brought up the wife this time, the must have read the comments on the other one. I wonder if that spatula is going to melt; it doesn't look like the kind that you can use for cooking, but what do I know?
