– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 230g jar Valcom Laksa paste (or any laksa paste of your choice)
– 1 Litre Chicken Stock
– 270ml Coconut Milk
– 500g Prawns (shrimp), peeled and deveined
– 250g Fish Balls
– 250g Fish Cakes, sliced
– 3 bulbs of Pak Choy
– Been shoots, to garnish
– Fried Shallots, to garnish
– Chopped Peanuts, to garnish
– Fresh Coriander leaves, to garnish
