Seafood Potato Salad

5-6 cups water (water for potatoes)
3/4 cup bouillon chicken or shrimp
7-8 medium potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1-2 tsp sugar granulated
1/4 cup sweet relish
1 small onion yellow diced
6-7 boiled eggs
1 – 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Seafood Ingredients
8 oz crabmeat
1 lb shrimp deveined
2 tbsp oil
black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
paprika to taste
smoked paprika to taste
Cajun Seasoning (CWT Brand) or preferred
Cedarwood Smoked Seafood Seasoning (Cooking With Tammy Brand) or Cedarplank Salmon Seasoning to taste
Old Bay seasoning
Shrimp bouillon to taste

Start off by allowing the water to come to a rolling boil.
Add chicken or shrimp bouillon to the boiling water and combine.
Add diced potatoes, cooking until fork tender.
Drain the potatoes.
Add the cooked potatoes to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to cool off.
Season the shrimp and crab meat with ground, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, Cedarwood Smoked Seasoning, Old Bay, shrimp bouillon, and combine.
Using a medium skillet add a small amount of oil and sauté the seafood until fully cooked then set aside.
Meanwhile, using a medium to large bowl add mayo, yellow mustard, Dijon, mustard, sweet relish, granulated sugar, and diced onions, and combine diced onions
Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, shrimp bouillon, Cedarwood Smoked Seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and combine.
Add half of the chopped boiled eggs and combine. While reserving the other half.
Add all or some of the seafood and combine, reserving the remaining seafood for topping. (Optional)
Add the chilled potatoes and combine.
Add reserved eggs to the top.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy!!!
