    1 lb Shrimp, Lobster, or Crab
    1 Roasted Jalapeño, diced
    2 Tbsp Red Onion, diced
    1 1/2 Celery Stalks, diced
    3/4 Cup Mayo
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp Alchemy Peppers Guava Ghost Pepper Sauce
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    3 Garlic Cloves, Smashed in a paste
    Salt & Pepper to Taste
    1/2 Mango Sliced
    .
    Combine mayo, mustard, Hot Sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix and season with salt & pepper. Next add seafood, onion, celery, and jalapeño to a large bowl. Pour in 3/4 of the sauce and mix. Add more sauce if needed and reserve the rest for serving. Allow to chill for 2 hours before serving. Toast bun in butter and season with seafood seasoning. Serve the salad in buns with mango slices. Enjoy!
