Honestly, I’m usually impressed by what the final product is. But this will be the second one that I find unpleasing. The first one was that goose, even he said it was gamy🤮That’s disgusting. I don’t see these 3 being chopped up and mixed like that without having an awful aroma. Then he boiled it in a ziplock bag.

Yeah you know what, out of principle I’m not cooking anything in plastic bags
interesting idea but for it to be a real sausage you some form of fat to emulsify with the meat. That way its less like a fish cake and more like an actual seafood sausage.
