Ingredients:
cooking oil – 5 tbsp
minced garlic – 10 cloves
chopped red onion – 2 pcs
finely diced red bell pepper – 1pc
chopped tomato – 2 pcs
chopped celery – 1 stalk
parsley – 15 grams
tomato sauce – 1 cup
salt – 1 tbsp
ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp
ground almonds – 15 pcs
shrimp – 1 kg
mussles – 600 grams
clams – 500 grams
squid – 750 grams
crabs – 1 1/2 kg
shrimp stock /fish stock – 1 liter
Note:
*blanch the clams and mussles and take out the other cover.
*boil the crabs and cut into half.
*sliced the squid and seared for a minute or two.
*making the ground almond 15pcs, garlic 5pcs, and parley.
