Seafood Stuffed Lobster Tail Recipe:
3-4 small / medium lobster tails
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp parsley fresh/dried
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp cedar plank salmon seasoning
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Crab Stuffing / Filling
8oz crabmeat (lump, claw, etc.)
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp cedar plank salmon seasoning
Add bread crumbs as needed
4 Jumbo Shrimp (add and cut as desired)
lemon wedges sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Prebake lobster tail for 4 mins
Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the lobster tail is opaque or reaches an internal temp of 145F

I love crabs, lobster and shrimp. I dip them in melted butter to eat. I do not see how you can taste any of that with the WAY OVER spiced.

Tried this today. I didn’t grow up eating much seafood so I get nervous trying new recipes but I thought this was delicious! This was also my first time making lobster and the instructions you gave where very clear and easy to follow. I can’t wait to try some of your other recipes

Hi Tammy… I live in New England, am 87, a newbie striving cook with the Atlantic Ocean only 1 hour away and love seafood.. This lobster tail recipe is definitely the best I’ve ever seen and can hardly wait to cook it..
$40 a pound is a stretch for the tails but I have a friend who owns a restaurant and yes I am blessed to have access to mucho lobster 🦞 claws and tails . I’m going to load up an empty quahog shell with the the claws, tails with your wonderful crab/shrimp recipe on top …with your sauce and drizzling butter 🧈 and take it to heaven..
