this seasonal berry smoothie is the perfect way to enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast. with a mix of frozen blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries, and chia seeds, this smoothie is both satisfying and nutritious.

ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

instructions:
