For the Burger
180g of peeled prawns
4 skinless salmon fillets
4 spring onions, roughly chopped
1/4 cup of fresh chopped Dill
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoon of water
8 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 lime juice
10g of fresh ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
For the Avocado Mayo
60g Greek yogurt
2 avocados
2 green chilli peppers
1/2 lime juice
1/cup of fresh chopped coriander
Serving Ideas
Sundried tomatoes & Watercress leaves as burgers toppings
You don’t have? No Problem!
Not dill? Use Tarragon instead
Not coriander? Use parsley instead
Not Spring onions? Use onion instead
