For a recipe for wings like in KFC you need:
Chicken wings – 600-800 gr (for a serving for two)
For the marinade:
Water – 200 ml
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Dried, ground ginger – 2 tablespoons
Red pepper – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Dried, ground hot chili pepper – 1-2 teaspoons
For breading:
Wheat flour – 500 gr
Dried, ground paprika – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Dried, ground hot chili pepper – to taste
For cooking:
Vegetable oil – 1-1.5 liters

No 11 herbs and spices??
Kfc hot wings came in a plastic bag we would just drop in the basket and fry. Nothing to prep.

all of the recipes online are just a guessing game trying to match the real original recipe to KFC and no one discovered the secret and the real recipe of KFC ,there is about 15 recipes on YouTube and none of them is even close and none of them is the same, if you knew the recipe then it will match every other video that claim they have the original kfc recipe, but no one knows the real recipe, cuz none of them match each other.

I made this and instead of paprika, I used Asian chilli powder. I also grounded garlic and ginger as I didn't have the powder. It came out absolutely delicious, my family concluded that it tastes better than KFC.

I take the dry ingredients and place them in a large zip lock bag, then stuff the wings into the bag and shake it up. Less handling this way….works great when having a fish fry also…cube the fish into 1 12 inch pieces and drop into dry ingredients and shake, drop into wet mixture then hot oil, Viola….
