Today I am sharing one of the easy and tasty sweet Semiya Kesari recipes. I feel this Semiya Kesari or Semiya sweet is one of the most loved recipes. In the southern part of India this semiya kesari is served as prasadam as well and even in weddings too.

Ingredients:
•1 cup Semiya (non roasted)
•2 cups Water
•1 cup Sugar
•4 tbsp Ghee
•3 tbsp Cashews
•1 tbsp Raisins
•1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
•1/4 pinch Edible Camphor
•1 Pinch Saffron
•1/4 pinch Saffron Food Colour
