SEMOLINA PASTA RECIPE WITH A KITCHENAID. In this video; I’ll demonstrate my Semolina Pasta Recipe with a Kitchenaid food processor, stand mixer and pasta attachments. You can have Fresh Pasta, start to finish (cooked and plated) in 1 hour.
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:

162g (5 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour or “00” Italian pasta flour
157g (5 1/2 ounces) durum wheat semolina
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 – 3 tablespoons water

Makes a lot for 2-4 people , can I freeze? Sheet pan in freezer then transfer ,when frozen , to freezer bag. Thanks for the cooking lessons, like sharing time with you in your kitchen.

Pasta made with eggs can be dried or not. Pasta made with water only must be died, or it will get gooey in the boiling water. Great video! Keep the Italiana-Americana traditions alive. Brava!

Worst recipe ever. Never went to a ball. needed for along tine. tried using the attachment, but it all disintegrated going through.

Have you ever tried a Lemon Pesto? You find this pesto on the Amalfi Coast. Wish you had a recipe. They actually boil there fresh pasta in lemon water. I really enjoy your reels so much. You have inspired me to cook my own pasta.
The only thing that goes into spaghetti should be semolina and water.
