I cant get drunk enough to not be able to eat in one hour. Everythings better the next day right? And its like someone else cooked for ya since you cant remember cooking! Win win!

I generally cook mine about an hour and a half. I'm not a fan of 'fall off the bone' ribs, meat should have more texture to it. I like to chew it off the bone 😋
I start mine off on the grill and finish it in the foil 😁

Thanks for this. I feel like there’s a weird shaming thing in the bbq community if you don’t do them low and slow. Sometimes I just want ribs quick. On the Weber kettle around 350F, and they’re done in 1.5 hrs. Not as good as low and slow, but still GUUD!

my method takes a long time but they taste great. i'll have to give this a try though, could save me many hours in the future

What temp do you think you were cooking at ..to save my pellets I may do these in the oven since no smoke is gonna hit it anyway ….ill use the grill for the sauce part
