Do you use a rice cooker?
That recipe looks fire but hearing someone chewing into their microphone is so gross to me…sorry
Hey AB, I have a pro tip for you!
Get yourself some DARK soy sauce. This stuff is a game changer!! I just got some the other day to try to make chinese food and it turns out great! Dark soy sauce is mostly coloring (very dark black) and has a much milder and sweeter flavor. If a recipe asks for soy sauce its always talking about 'light' soy sauce but Im telling you that DARK soy sauce is where its at.
We were doing a chicken dish and I used something like this for the sauce:
Equal parts: Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, hoisin sauce.
White pepper and chili flake to taste. The other night I even added in a touch of honey (not a lot) and even some apricot jelly into the sauce. Turned out PERFECT.
DEFINITELY get some Dark soy sauce in your kitchen to level up your chinese game! You wont regret it! Not sure how I made it to mid 30s without finding this amazing ingredient!
6:51 that shot and the music made me laugh
Thank you for the recipe! Everyone loved it.
How can you tell if your chicken is cooked???
Can I use toasted sesame seeds instead of white or do I need white ?????
No sesame oil?
If im going to make this a few times in the month, id buy egg White's at the store. I hate separating by hand 🙄
What pan are you using to fry in?
This song?
👍👏

this is my third AB recipe in a week…I just found this channel. I just made these. This is killer, turned out so delicious. The sauce is better than any thing out there!!! Yummy.. with a nice crunch on the chicken.
I love my HexClad ❤️
Another great looking dish. I'll be making this as soon as my sausage shrimp fried rice is ate up.
Where does the Sesame part come into it?
This looks great, can you please do a sweet and sour sour episode too?
THANK YOU AGAIN 😄 I really thank God for you.
Hello Mr AB. I love your channel!! If I can ask, what brand of nonstick pans are you using? Thanks
AB, this is the second recipe of yours I've done and this turned out great! The crispy chicken, the sesame flavor, it was fantastic. I used 4 chicken breasts so I have some leftovers (if they last that long). Thank you again, next one will be your orange chicken!
Bro you’re the goat, I tried this for my fam and they loved it
Funny it’s called sesame chicken when the only sesame is just a sprinkle as a garnish.
Definitely going to try this next
That is about as Chinese as Dolly Parton. Know what I mean?
Chinese cooking NEVER uses olive oil. Know what I mean?
We almost never batter proteins.
So, you get your chicken crisp, then cover it in a wet sauce and uncrisp it. Know what I mean?
Orange chicken isn't Chinese, either. Know what I mean?
You clearly know nothing about Chinese food or cooking techniques. Know what I mean?
